  1. I read the article and can only say that “icing” should never be practiced by adults of any age. Teenagers very naturally do not wish to be controlled by their parents. I have never understood, even as a teenager, why the same teens were thoroughly willing to be controlled by peers, drugs, and/or alcoholic beverages. Please see my webiste and my blog. Thanks :)
