Amanda Griffith is a secondary English teacher of twenty-five years.
In 2007, Ms. Griffith spoke with Kenneth Taylor of KTXA in a news interview about her first novel, Two Truths and a Lie. (Authorhouse, 2008) In the same year, she also spoke on a panel for Teen Read Week at the Allen Public Library and participated in Barnes and Noble’s Self Published Book Panel. She was honored by receiving finalist status in Foreward Magazine Self-Published Book Awards 2008.
Ms. Griffith’s second novel is complete, a sequel, entitled True to Myself. She won a contest for her three-sentence pitch of this book in May of 2009, The Book in a Nutshell Contest, sponsored by Knight Literary Agents.
